HI,
I can't wait to actually test it.
What kind of HW do I actually need?
Stereo or MONO TX?
I assume it MUST be FM modulated, correct?
To receive, I assume an RTL SDR which would capture the actual RF, and then a VAC to "pipe" it into your specific decoder, .... this setup would work, right?
I hope to hear from you soon, Stefano VK6WFM.

Hello Stefano,
Well we are not at the testing stage, we are at the conception stage, with however the technical DNA from lessons learnt from FMeXtra.
In a simple nutshell, the goal is to allow each station the ability to setup HOW THEY WISH to broadcast their digital footprint. For example, you could have a low bit rate mono feed, which will require very little data rate. Oh you may wish to send stereo, or stereo with supplymentary data such as low frame rate video or visual advertising. Again, we dont define this, the goal is simply to facilitate and provide a baseline standard for now, along with recommended setups to start.
But before this, we need a pile of work done. And one that is needed immediately is the assistance to polish some of the graphics on the primary website. Maybe you can assist?
